A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.

 

- Confucius or Lao-Tzu, Confucius: Chinese teacher, politician, and philosopher. (551-479 BC) - Lao-Tzu: ancient Chinese philosopher and writer, who is believed to have authored the Tao Te Ching and is considered the Father of Taoism. (Died in 531 BC)

 

The "journey of a thousand miles" might be a long-term effort, but it can also be the mental effort to do something challenging today. Today is all we have to work with. Take that single step that will make the next step easier tomorrow.
