We all know this to be true, but too often we find ourselves smack dab in the middle of something less than a positive attitude. Sometimes maybe even a downright negative attitude. I know what contributes to a less-than-desirable attitude forme: a lack of sleep, hunger, stress, and not doing what I should be doing. Take those things away and I am one happy guy, usually. The point that I am making to myself is that our attitudes are what we make them. They are in our control. Our challenge is to have enough self-awareness to recognize when our attitude is less than positive and take corrective action, e.g., sleep, water, food, relaxation and prioritized actions. - M. J.
