If I could start life over again, I would do a lot of things differently. However I have learned not to waste time regretting past choices. Instead, I have mastered the art of starting over. It’s simple, every new day is a new beginning. Yesterday’s disappointments are distant memories.
Each new day starts with a vision of my perfect day: time for meditation, stretching, reading, exercise, writing, work and relationships. It’s a gentle continuous improvement effort that nurtures body, mind and spirit. The finish line is my pillow, where I can close my eyes on a day well lived.
