There’s a huge fitness industry out there that trusts that our desire for a quick fix will lead us to make a buying decision. I say, “Fuhgeddaboudit!” Instead, WALK. It’s free, it can be done anytime, and the Mayo Clinic says you will realize benefits like these from it:
