Mini-Blog: “Fall Back and Enjoy It”

On this Sunday every fall, when Daylight Savings Time ends and clocks get turned back one hour, I awaken energized by an extra hour of sleep and unfamiliar sunlight. It ranks high on my list of favorite days of the year, and makes me appreciate the value of a good night’s sleep. The mind and body have been rejuvenated, and greet the new day with positive anticipation and aroused energy. The day is an open book. I can think clearly and proactively choose its desired outcomes. I am in charge. I need more “Fall Back” days in my life!
