Mini-Blog: “Lean Wellness - A Way of Thinking”

January 2, 2016

Lean Wellness is an approach, or a way of thinking, that is based on the principles of Lean Manufacturing.  It is inspired from the top-down, by leadership committed to the health and wellbeing of its workforce, and driven from the bottom-up, by members engaged in continuous learning and improvement.  Lean Wellness trusts that people can find their own solutions to issues that affect their health and wellbeing, when they are supported and empowered to do so.  2016 is dedicated to introducing and promoting Lean Wellness in organizations of all kinds and sizes.

Wishing you a Very Happy and Lean New Year!
