Ever since I was a skinny 12-year old, I have lifted weights. The more I lifted, the stronger I became. However, with age, continuous improvement became harder to achieve. Recently, I read an article on how to increase strength and found that it can be applied to many other areas. It’s called “micro improvements” - very small incremental increases. It’s working! For the past month, I have continuously increased my maximum bench press by a slight amount. The result has been a 16% increase! What’s next . . . sleep, reading, steps, meditation, stretching? Continuous improvement never ends!
