Mini-Blog: “The Lean Journey”

August 1, 2016

Lean Wellness teaches that continuous improvement is a journey that never ends. A vision of the “ideal” future guides us and perfection is always pursued, but we know that it will never be fully arrived at. We recognize that the joy and reward is to be found in the journey. A report recently described the physical decline of people after age 35. Sadly, too many of us do become spectators of life after age 35, rather than remaining rambunctious participators. Wearing out is much better than rusting out. Continuous improvement starts anew every day. Begin or continue your journey today.

Live Well, Continuously!
