Lean Wellness is an approach to continuously improve people and places. It is practiced everyday by everyone, at all levels of an organization. Top-down commitment and example inspires bottom-up engagement. Leadership comes from both directions. It is not a “program,” or something that can be imposed from the outside. Rather, it is a process that grows organically and uniquely within every Lean workplace. It is the ongoing pursuit of individual and organizational wellbeing that is achieved through small, incremental improvements. It’s effectiveness is measured by lasting changes in behavior that make for better people and organizations.
